SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed between 7-14 business days via USPS. This process time allots for international transit of your product.  All PREORDERED items have a specific shipping date indicated within each item description. Please read over this description so you are aware to the shipping date.

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information to prevent shipping delays or loss.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in shipping/delivery times. Possible shipping delays may also occur during the holiday season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our shipping carriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Distinct Appeal is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. There will be no modifications to sizing or shipping address that can be made after orders are submitted.

Once your order has been place you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You will then receive a tracking number(s) to your email address, confirming that your order has been shipped.
