WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS/UPS.

All in stock items will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days from fulfillment. Please note that all orders dispatch from our international warehouse which takes additional time in transit.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holiday season, or anything out of our control, the delivery process may take longer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in shipping/delivery times.

WHY IS THERE A PREORDER DATE LISTED?

This means the item is currently being manufactured and will take 3-4 weeks for production. Production starts AFTER the PREORDER time frame is complete, not when your submit your payment. Shipping will then take place after this duration. You will be sent tracking information.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, please check your shipping confirmation email and tracking number to confirm the delivery time frame. If indeed the delivery time frame has passed and you still haven’t received your shipment, please contact us with your order number at info@distinct-appeal.com
